Rear parcel shelf

Hi All,

Can anybody tell me what the original covering was on the rear parcel shelf, mine looks as if it is painted headlining material!

Also the trim on my car is missing forward of the front doors where the vents are, a description or a photo would be appreciated

Unknown parts

Hi all, I am currently restoring a P3 (and have been for some time) I am now puzzled by the the 2 parts shown. They are steel and measure 25 3/4" long 1 1/2" wide and 1/8" thick. I can't remember removing these when disassembling the car but they certainly came with it. Can anybody out there tell me...

Hi luli,
Thanks for that, I have contacted Scotts but unfortunately they don't stock this seal.
I am still struggling, does anybody else have any ideas?

Windscreen seal

Hi All, Continuing the saga of the windscreen on the "75" that I am restoring. I have now split the windscreen surround and had it re-chromed and purchased the seal that fits into the surround from Mike Couldry, all OK so far. Now the tricky bit - when I offer the assy. into position there is a 1/2"...

Hi, I am in the process of doing a complete resoration of my P3. I need to get the windscreen surround re-chromed and fit new seals. The problem is how to dissassemble the windscreen. Where the two halves of the surround meet there are two screws either side of the join,see photo - http://i1342.phot...
