If the valve seats are original non hardened it's recommended to use a lead additive with unleaded fuel

Hi Neil, welcome to the forum

Rover part number for the dynamo is 07300 and it was the same dynamo fitted to all models of Rovers from 1939-1947

I have one here available if you are interested. I will look it out and post some pictures later this week
