Here is the relevant part of the Plate:

You can get the parts list from the RSR. Since steering is a critical safety item, it will be a good idea to get help from an experienced mechanic.

Re: Turning circle

I hope you have the parts list. Look at plate L. 87, the steering drop link, is not fixed correctly, and the result is that 45, the drag link, is too long. Remove the drop arm, set it some 20 degrees counter clockwise to where it is now, and re-adjust the drag link length.

Re: water pump rebuild.

Note that the 1937 pump is different than the 39 - 47 one. If you can afford it getting a reconditioned pump from an expert is a good idea, especially if you don't have a "back-up" pump. You can watch here how a later type pump is reconditioned (click "next" in the end). http://wp.me/pXLKy-1so

Re: Air in the fuel line

The original exhaust valves are made of steel (they are magnetic) and would not withstand the high temperature that unleaded fuel heats them to. Therefore they are replaced with stainless steel valves (not magnetic). Those require bronze valve guides.

Re: Air in the fuel line

One way to detect leaks is to pressurize the line with air, cover any suspected joint with soap solution (or just immerse it in water) and watch for bubbles. This is done with the petrol reserve unit out of the tank and the mesh removed. Mike Couldry has everything you need to convert your head to u...

Re: How do I remove the horn push?

To just turn the dip switch all you need to do is release the clamp of the control tube at the bottom of the steering box. To replace the steering wheel itself you first need to remove that column altogether.

Have you tried Mike Couldry Mike Evans or Freddy Boulton? Usually you can find what you need between one of them.
