Ignoring the wood for a moment the metalwork looks in remarkably good conditon, nothing a wire brush and some paint wouldn't sort. You have plenty to keep you occupied through the dark winter months there i think.

Did you ship the car back from Barbados yourself?

Rich - it went beefing on about the styling of the XK 40 - and bemoaning the 2.9 lack of performance. The 800 was panned for panel fit and dashboard issues: though Honda Legend was stated to be immune - I found this odd: didn't rover build for them in the UK? {OK different parts bins ...] To 47P2: ...
