Re: Problems logging on
Hi Stewart, As with Andrew I am not having any problems at all. I guess it could be your satellite link or alternatively it might be a Cookie issue - I had something similar at one point I seem to recall. Might be worth clearing all of your RSR Forum related cookies and then re-connecting. Regards P...

Re: Racing Rover P4 105S
Hello Racing Rover, Welcome to the Forum. I am really pleased to see you have joined up, and that you have provided a link to your site. I have been very interested in your car since first hearing about it when with the previous owner. I think it is really great that you are continuing to develop an...

Re: Differential upgrade
I believe the diff is a straight fit into the axle casing, and the halfshafts will fit. I seem to recall that some later classic Range Rover diffs use a different number of splines so the halfshafts wouldn't work on them, though I may be completely wrong on that, and cannot be 100% certain without d...

Re: Differential upgrade
Hi Matthew, I don't have direct experience of running with a higher ratio diff but have certainly considered it in the past. It would certainly help to keep the revs down when travelling longer distances, but I have so far decided not to follow that route as I use the car mostly around Cumbria and t...

Re: Unleaded Fuel
Hi everyone,
I agree with what seems to be the general view with regards running on Unleaded. I initially used some Castrol Valvemaster but generally don't know. I do about 1000 miles a year and have not become aware of any issues.
Regards
Paul

Re: tyres
Hello Neil, I run my P3 on crossplies as well, though as it is a fairly early one it is fitted with 17" rims. I've been using 525/550 x 17 Firestones for quite a while and have no complaints about them. I am aware that some people have fitted radials, but I haven't seen a need to go that way. I have...

Re: Remote locking fobs
Hi Adrian, I hope you and Jane are both well. I've had a look through the library info, and haven't managed to turn up much I'm afraid. Looking through a printed parts catalogue that I have for an 800 series Oct '91 (VIN RS100318) on it lists the Transmitter sender (central door locking/burgular ala...

Re: Remote locking fobs
Hi Adrian,
I'll have a look in the library to see what I can find. Probably be some point over the weekend I'm afraid but will get back to you once I've had a look.
Regards
Paul
