On top of the above, verify that you have the correct castor and camber. See here http://wp.me/pXLKy-1zp and here http://wp.me/pXLKy-1zz and here http://wp.me/pXLKy-1AE. With a correctly maintained steering system Rover P2 can drive steadily, without any wander, on the road.

Re: Fuel problems
I have good experience with two pumps: SU AUA25EP, which is installed in the engine bay, and Facet cube, which is installed on the back of the car, near and below the fuel tank. Re: Fuel problems
Do you have a substitute fuel pump? Which type of pump is it? Have you sealed all unions using Loxeal?

Re: Fuel problems
You need to remove the mesh filter from the bottom of the tubes, seal what is normaly the fuel output, imerse the valve unit and the upper part of the tubes in water, seal the bottom side of each of them in turn - and blow air in the other.

Re: Fuel problems
Read carefully the following thread: http://www.rover-forum.thersr.co.uk/vie ... lit=petrol . Recent changes in the petrol composition make it necessary to change the petrol supply system too.
