Post by gerry best » Tue Jul 26, 2011 7:17 am

Hi fellow rover people.
Its been awhile since I have updated my progress,I tried to put some photoes on here but it was too slow to down load,(dialup),.
All the wood work is now done, the rear off car is all togeather, floor boards are all cut and in place. Its starting to look good now,The interer finishing wood is all done, and put away.
As it goes togeather ill keep you all posted.
Cheers Gerry ,(New Zealand)

Hi Gerry
Unfortunately we didn't meet when I was in NZ for the 1996 rally, and the 2-litre on the rally was a sportsmans coupe, (I think).
Very pleased to hear of your progress. Have just acquired the remains of a similar car, no body left, engine incomplete and chassis rotten in places, but still viable. It will have to wait its turn however, I need to finish my Meteor first.
