Rover 10 boot floor

Hi there,

Can anyone please supply me with a paper template (or rough sketch) of the boot floor, since an agricultural engineer replaced mine in the mid-80's when welding around the rear of my 1946 10hp. I really want to know the pattern of the half-round channels, as I know someone who makes these for Rileys. It is not necessary to have exact measurements for the entire area - just an idea of the number of channels, their length and spacing.

Just to withdraw my request so no-one will now need to produce a boot-rubbing or tracing. I was fortunate enough to find a suitable 10hp car at the National Rally yesterday and now have the details I need.

Calling all Rover10 owners,
Ernie Mould of Fishburn, Co. Durham is the Riley specialist I mentioned last year and he has the pressing equipment to make channels in steel sheet, specifically for boot floors. He could set up the tooling to produce boot floors for the Rover 10 (which is different from other P2s). However, this would be possible only if there were sufficient demand to cover the initial cost. He currently charges £300 + VAT for a Riley boot floor.

Just a note that all early 1930s '10' s did not have a boot, the spare wheel was outside with a cover.
