Hi All!
I'm trying to prepare my Ten for the MOT. The Luvax Bijur chassis lube system has stopped working and the plan is to charge all the oiled joints by hand using a nipple and oil-bearing grease gun (my Wanner gun takes oil). I am having problems locating a nipple with the correct thread. 1/8thBSP has too fine a thread. The "priming plug" below the vacuum pump/reservoir has a thread which corresponds with 20G 1/4" on my thread gauge. If I can get all the joints well-oiled and the car through the MOT, I can deal with the Luvax system at a leisurely pace afterwards. Any bright ideas?

If I remember rightly its a cycle thread! perhaps a left over from Rover's origins!.
I found an enots nipple fitted.

Do you mean the threads of the meter valves, junctions etc ...they are 3/8" BSF.
