Hi Stewart, thanks for the literature its very helpful,
I've looked at some badges etc., and found my radiator badge for 1936 14 was made by J.FRAY BIRMINGHAM.

The small radiator badge for 1930, like the Wilmot Breeden bumper shield but without the mounting holes was made by
WILLER, 118 Branston St Birmingham.

I have a heavy standing Viking in bronzy material on the round plinth as in page one, number 3, of your literature,
It has very good detail and was designed and made by George E Seymour of Cheapside Birmingham,
I don't know if he designed and made the early Viking standing on the rock,
He designed and made lots of different mascots for Desmo up to the 1960s.

The Vikings head I have on the 14 is Marzack ? the chrome is not good but the detail to head feathers etc.is excellent,
although it is obviously very old there is no makers mark on it.

MASCOT MAINIA has good info, Hope this generates some interest,
Regards Jeff.

About 25 year ago - someone published a small hard back book which covered the various incarnations of Rover badges - it was in colour and nicely illustrated...
{It's in the loft - will hav to check when next passing!]

It looks like I will starting work on a P2 shortly if negotiation go well.

A good copy of the badges literature would be welcomed as there is a question on where or if there is any with the car!
