Is it possible to find info about registration date based on chasis number/ engine number? I'm looking to join the rsr membership but it's asking about registration date at the end of my vehicle info. My chasis number is 9432484 and engine 9417331. My plate is a 1969 washington state usa plate and records are none existent. I might join and just put 1949 in the info box but would love to know if it has any records.
