Hello fellow Rover enthusiasts

Post by Alanh » Wed Nov 05, 2008 2:59 pm

Hi, So pleased to be part of a group whom I'm very confident will be of great help to me, as I'm new to this type of car ( own a 1948 P3 "75"in fair condition). Already, a lot of very kind people have contributed to my requests for help on technical matters when I used the Yahoogroups chat forum. These folk give freely their time and expertise and I have the utmost respect for them. Maybe when I go on my first outing I'll be lucky enough to thank someone in person, but roadworthiness of "Daisy" (my partner coined this title and suggested that she was 'my other woman' )is some way off at the moment. According to the RSR list my nearest meeting place is in the York area, but if there's anyone in the County Durham area who wants to start up a meeting please let me know. Regards to all, Alanh
