Welcome to the Forum Ian and great to hear the car is back on the road. What troubles did you have?
as regards photos:

The RSR Rover-forum does not permit direct attachment of pictures or movie clips, this is because we need to control the amount of data we save on our server. To overcome this it is suggested that you use a free hosting site for your pictures and then use a link to them in you posts.

A popular one, but not the only one, is a site called photobucket http://www.photobucket.com here you can set up an account for free which gives you access to space where you can upload your pictures. This space can be further divided into folders as you wish and the contents can be made public or private. The difference is that public ones are searchable and viewable by all, whereas private ones can only be viewed when someone clicks on your link.

To get the link into the forum post, each image comes with a list of links that you can copy, by clicking on the one that is designed for forums(is that fora?) this is then copied to your clipboard. All that you have to do then is paste (CTRl + V) the code into your post and the image will be included.

It has been noted by users of photobucket that it is best to restrict photographs to a maximum of 600 x 400 pixels otherwise the picture may be cropped."

hope this helps

Mike

Hi
Thanks for the response. Were unfortunately suffered a broken half shaft.
This was sorted by Chris in Chevington who also carried out a few other issues and a health check.
Once again a big thanks to all for the advice received from the group.
Regards

Mike,
Have you not noticed that photobucket is now NOT free if you want pics from there to show up here? They now ask for US$400/pa for this feature. There are some addons you can put in google (or chrome?) to make it work again.
