Hello from Dorset !

Post by Plushrider » Mon Sep 21, 2009 8:18 pm

Just joined and wanted to say hello !
I have a 1972 P5B Saloon in Arden Green with Buckskin hide.
I'm reasonably new to the world of classic motoring so I'm here to learn and hopefully gain confidence to have a go at the more challenging jobs as they materialise (which I'm sure they will.... :) )
In the meantime I'm really looking forward to reading the boards and hearing your tales of caution as well as success.
ATB.
Mark.

Yes Phil, I was formerly known as P53ltrMk2 or something like that....
...but that lovely '65 known as Rosie is now with a new owner and I'm in a P5B hence the need for a name change. Incidentally the new owner rang me a couple of months ago to tell me that Classic the Car Weekly had ran a nice spread on the car complete with lots of pics and info, so I rushed out and bought a couple of copies, did you see it by any chance (July 16th edition) ?

Actually I think I do recall a P5B article recently - can you post a pic?
