Pre-War Rover 12 or 14HP Wanted.

Hello Folks,
A good friend of mine has asked me to try to find him a 1937-39 model Rover - either 12hp or 14hp in good, usable condition...Ideally, he has around £8k to spend...If anyone has such a car, or knows of someone who wants to sell one urgently, please let me know!
