Hi list, a friend of mine bought a '48 P3 that is a 75% finished stalled restoration project, and then he sat on it for four years. He talked me in to finishing it for him, why not I thought it's winter so now it is in my garage. One of my many issues is looking at a part in one of many box's and thinking "Where the heck does this go"
What I REALLY need right now are two things:
1. Someone(s) who could perhaps Sheppard me through this process perhaps via direct email I can ask questions of as/when needed?
2. ANY web sites at all, of someone who has restored one of these that may have good information/pictures etc. Or even other Rover forums that could be of help.
A bit about me, no that it really matters. I'm retired (aren't we all) and have restored many old English classic type sports cars. No, I'm not a professional just a guy who loves to restore cars (so yes, I'm nuts). Cars I have restored and still own are my '64 TVR Grantura, '67 Morgan, '48 MG TC and I also have a Lotus (Caterham) super seven.

Also have a look here http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/post-war/ ... aloon.html and purchase the workshop manual and parts list from the RSR.
