Post by 1938 P2 14 » Mon Mar 02, 2015 6:55 pm

Hi all

On another Forum "The Zephyr Zone" I started a poll to find out how old owners where, I would like to do it on here.

So come on show others how old or young we all are

Ha Ha you'll be lucky most wont tell you there name or what area they live in.
Its funny how members living outside England are always proud to let you know.

69-old enough to remember how Red Robbo and his union helped to destroy the car industry in Britain.
The main reason I keep a 75 year-old car on the road is that it serves as a reminder of a time when we were a great imperial power, leading the world.

I'm 63, my first car at 17 was the 1946 14hp saloon which I still own.

I am proud to have been a trade union member for more than 40 years. I feel strongly that politics should not become part of this forum.

The reasons for the failure of the British owned motor industry are many and complex. Foreign owners seem to be managing it quite well.
