Re: Tips on taking doors apart
I got as far as trying to take the window channels off and ran into a problem. From what I can tell there are some screws going through the window channel into the window frame, which also go through some small wooden brackets holding the wooden trim in place. But I can't seem the heads of the screw...

Re: Tips on taking doors apart
Actually found it. You need to push back the spring loaded fertile and there's a pin holding the handle on.

Tips on taking doors apart
Starting work on our car.
How do you get the inner door lock handles off? The ones on the inside of the door.
There are no visible screws. But don't want to prise it off then find out there's a concealed screw.
(Can someone tell me how to add a picture to a post?)

Re: Floor panels
Hi, thanks for the reply. Very helpful. There is another question I forgot to ask. At the front of the transmission tunnel, just back from the transmission itself, are a couple of brackets. They are just there in free space. Does the floor just bolt through these? Or do I have something missing? Sor...

P2 panels
I'm getting round to the body on my 4 lite Sports saloon.
I have found a few spots where rust has gone through a panel so I need to repair them.
is there anywhere to get replacement panels for these cars? Or am I making them all from scratch?
Including door skins.

Re: 1949 roverp3 75 new member
If you contact the british motor museum in Gaydon, they can provide a Hertiage certificate and sometimes build sheet details..https://www.britishmotormuseum.co.uk/archive/heritage-certificates Depending on how much detail was recorded by rover when they built it, they will probably be able to tell y...

Floor panels
I have to make up new floor panels as our car doesn't have any at all. I have a few questions. First of all, how are the floor panels attached to the body? There are a few "unused" holes on the sill and the transmission tunnel with what look like captive nuts. I assume I bolt into these. But with wh...
