Those Dunlops sound like a great deal for someone needing roadworthy tyres. Shame I'm not closer to Hereford, or I'd have grabbed them myself.
Hi
I've still got the tyres as posted. Can you let me know where you are and I might be able to find a way of getting them to you if you want them.

Re: Tyres

Reply to S Hyslop... Apologies for my rather late response. You sent me a message offering some Luvax bits. I seem to have lost that message but I would like the internal and externally threaded pipe nuts that you sent me pictures of. I seem to remember that you mentioned a figure of £6 (?). I'm ass...

Re: Speed Change remote control

Hi (again) Once again thanks for you response - I followed it though and I'm sorry to say it made no difference. However, I went through it all again hoping for a blinding flash of inspiration. But alas no! But I did notice the the on the bracket that forms the gear shift mounting and the two faces ...

Re: Tyres

Hi Thanks (again!) for responding to my post. I attached a few photographs of what I need. Photo 1 is the pipework removed from the car. Item A is the meter valve - it has SE1 stamped on one of the flats of the hexagonal part of the casting. Item B is a nut with an internal thread and item C is a nu...

Qty 1 India 5.5./17 as above. Qty2 Dunlop Silver Seal 4.75/5.00 -17 Bought some time ago hardly used. Suitable for road...

Re: Speed Change remote control

Hi
Thanks for your response.
I'll not get back to it until next week but I will go over your detailed response (with the manual in hand!) and hopefully that will throw up a solution.
Meantime, any further ideas will be welcome.

But...Before taking it all apart the gearbox was all OK with a nice neat gear change action but now I am putting it all back in place I have the following problem. The bo...

Re: P2 Brakes

Hi Tony An update. I took a large hammer and a drift and attacked the offending item with renewed vigour. It has moved about 1/4" and I can now rotate the Sliding rod about 30 degrees. This is real progress! I have (re)applied WD40 and Plusgas and will now leave it to soak for a few days. TTFN, Adrian
