Re: P2 14 questions
I’d suggest checking with specialists like SNG Barratt or similar, as they should have info on vintage threads. For the exhaust, there are a few good places that cater to classic cars. I'd recommend The Leaping Cat or Falcon Exhausts

Re: Tyres
Those Dunlops sound like a great deal for someone needing roadworthy tyres. Shame I'm not closer to Hereford, or I'd have grabbed them myself.

Re: 2019 You Tube channel deleted
It’s always frustrating when a favorite YouTube channel disappears. I’ve had that happen a few times, and it’s disappointing when you can’t find the content anywhere anymore. Sometimes creators delete their channels due to copyright issues, personal reasons, or just wanting a fresh start. I’ve follo...

Re: 1934 Rover 12 Now engine running ????
Sounds like you’re almost there! For the exhaust flange, if the gasket and cement didn’t seal it, the flange might be warped. I’ve had success with metal gaskets or even getting the flange resurfaced. As for the fuel pump issue, running a new wire is probably the way to go. I had a similar problem w...

Re: Rover motosacoche
From what I know, Rover started using MAG engines in 1917. The 1914 models should have used different engines. If you've found a restored bike dated 1914 with a MAG twin, it might be a mix-up or a later engine retrofitted into an older frame.

Re: Electrical issue
I’ve had a similar issue with my classic ride. It turned out to be a loose connection somewhere in the wiring. I’d suggest checking all the connections and the switch for any signs of wear or loose wires. Sometimes, the power issue can be upstream from the fuses, so you might need to trace the wirin...

Re: Wiltshire registrations
That archive book sounds incredible! I’m really into vintage cars and local history, so finding something that detailed would be like hitting the jackpot. I’ve been researching old car registrations for a while, and this kind of resource would be a dream come true.

Re: Recent travels
Sounds like a fantastic trip! Your journey reminds me of my recent stay at the westgate resorts , stunning views and vintage charm! For your braking issue, it could be related to fuel slosh in the carburetor during heavy braking. A fuel stabilizer might help. Additionally, checking the fuel system f...
