1939 P2 Rover 10 does anyone know if there are different lengths of steering control tube? I had to replace the steering column but I couldn't find the exact one so I settled for one that was very similar. The problem is the control tube is about 1" short and the horn assembly doesn't fit. Many thanks for the replies, I've seen the screws and |I'll give it a go. There's a lot of wind noise from the roof I want to see if anything is wrong and also check all the drain ways.

Hi Adrian, thanks for your reply, after another look there are seals on the door frames (nothing on the doors). The seals are made of fabric and don't seal very well.

does anyone know if there should be seals on the doors? mine has none and the wind noise is quite loud. It does seem as though there should be seals. Thanks in advance.
