Re: Ready for rego
http://i1157.photobucket.com/albums/p591/steven_rogers3/imagejpg1-1.jpg My P3 passed its roadworthy inspection. Was a strange feeling driving the old girl on the hi-way, caused a few people to sprain their necks getting a look as they drove past, it's the only time I've not been harassed for not doi...

Re: Rover P3 Sport saloon
Hi Morgan, does the Rover hold any sentimental value to you? If it does then you'll probably kick yourself later on for letting it go. I constantly regret letting go of my Grandmothers Torana when I didn't have the time, space or money to restore it. I'm not sure what your situation is but if you ha...

Spring Removal
Hi all. Ive been attempting to remove the rear springs from my 48 75 for the past few months, between work and family comitments its been very slow going. Id been warned that they are a pain in the rear to remove and thought I might get them off with out loading up the spring to streach it out. I ha...

Re: Colonial option
Thanks Stewart, I'm pretty sure that one of my cars in storage may have 17" wheels rather than the standard 16". Something I'm going to double check next time I'm up at my mates place. Would that also have been part of the option or is that part of a different option? I would have thought that the 1...

Apparently one of my cars has this colonial pack and its ment to consist of heavier duty suspension components. I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me more ab...

Re: front wheel bearings - part numbers
G'day Neil, Good to hear you got it back together ok. I learnt the freezer trick as an apprentice, although dry ice and liquid nitrogen work best if you have access to them. Also putting bearings onto shafts with an interference fit, you can heat the bearing in the oven to a temp of no more then 110...
