Re: P3 Engine Replacement

Quite a few P3s in Australia are fitted with P4 engines. I have a 90 engine that I will be fitting to mine someday.

Re: Seatbelts

I know several people who have fitted it to the pillar but have reinforced it with a plate behind the trim.

Re: P3 Tyres

Hi All

I know a few guys down here in Oz who are using Falken 175/80R16 light truck tyres and are very happy with them. It is what I will be fitting when I get my P3 back on the road.

It will still run without the spacer one car in our club here in Australia has been running with a 3.9 diff for years without the spacer.

Hi All

The badge covers the hole to the screw which hold in the windscreen on the bottom.
I helped remove and reinstall one of these on the weekend.

Hi Neil

I am no good to you I discovered mine has P4 hubs fitted with a spacer this was done before I got the car so they could fit in lager drum brakes also from a early P4.

Re: P3 Body removal from Chassis

Hi Neil I have been talking to a friend here in Melbourne and he has a 3.9 diff out of a P5 in his car but believes the 4.3 out of a P4 is a better suit. My wife is enquiring about a 3.9 diff she just found if not there is a mark 1 P5 parts car for sale. Either way I will have a better diff. Both th...
