Re: Pre & Post 1950 Libraries

Yes that article was very useful, thank you. Do you know if there is a hard copy or can I (am I allowed) to print it?

Re: VIKINGS HEADS & BADGES

It looks like I will starting work on a P2 shortly if negotiation go well.

A good copy of the badges literature would be welcomed as there is a question on where or if there is any with the car!

Re: 1946 14 sport

Thank you for your reply.

I have put a posting on Pre & Post 1950 Libraries by Paul Gregory.

I am really on the fence about it. It is just a metal shell at this time and need to asses whether it is worth the trouble and expense or look for a more complete car.
Just found the number: 6330027

Re: Pre & Post 1950 Libraries

Paul, I am looking at a 1946 14 Sport, that to say is sad is much an overstatement. The serial number, 6330027, matches Body to Chassis. Looking beneath, the car seems to have had some work started but never progressed. I was told some £20K was spent on it, but that would appear to be only on red ox...

1946 14 sport

I have been offered a 1946 14 Sport, to add to my collection??? Well at least I have seen the main body, running boards radiator all sitting on a chassis, in Red Lead! The car is a "kit of parts" that in the main have been started on but never finished. The serial numbers match, but as yet to see an...

Re: I return to the fold!

Planning a rolling restoration on AAB 803A; We have started to analyse what should be done first. It must have been a picture... two elderly chaps poised over an open bonnet for about an hour or two, just looking in! Pouring over an open/closed/nearly open, bonnet, front door, rear door etc etc., it...

I return to the fold!

After a break of some 38 years, I have now taken the plunge and bought another P5! Infact only I purchased it last month. I just became fed-up with "computerised" cars.... so I have gone back.... to when cars were just that, cars - not computers telling you the window's open or the boot is not close...
