Sorted: Having now spoken to 'one who knows, the error lies with DVLA who decided, without consultation, 12hp means 1200cc. Now have to through the labourious task of getting V5 changed.

I own a March 1937 Rover 12 HP Sports saloon. At least thats what it says on the V5 and old brown log book. Trouble is the chassis number begins 713....
which I believe relates to the 10hp. Help. The old reg numbers were BB3 and 72 Fay. Any help gratefully received.

We own a 1937 Rover 12hp Sports Saloon and have just joined the RSR. Hope to make new friends at Wroxall Abbey this Sunday.
