I am pretty sure my engine has dropped in the past 75 odd years, and the starting handle doesn't line up
How difficult is it?
Loosen / remove the bolts, Lift the engine on a jack (having drained the radiator to remove the hoses?)
Replace!
Simples! or not??

Burns little or no oil. Pint to 500 miles perhaps - last year's Luxembourg trip used about a litre. No fuming rocker! I don't have a vacuum gauge. If I find the compressions on my ZA Magnette are healthy on this gauge I will check the tappet clearances....I see in the Handbook that these should be ....
