Re: Headlining
Hi Howard,
Thanks for the info. the light beige seems to be the favourite choice for most older car makes
and done right usually looks good and brightens up the interior.
cheers Jeff.

Headlining
I am about to replace another headlining in a Rover P2 saloon and know the stiles differ for models, years and shapes.
I wonder if anyone knows officially what colour headlining's Rover used.
I have always used light grey for blue seats & beige for all other interiors.

Re: Differential upgrade
Gearing up the diff ratio is the best mod. you can do to old Rovers. Oil seals and gaskets available from Landrover dealers. It is reasonably easy and I have done this quite a few times on P2s. Axles before 1939 are different fitting and wont accept later p2 p3 p4 or 4x4 diffs. I think all P2 6cyl a...

Re: Over heating P2
Hi Hll. A few years ago I owned a 1949 Bentley Mk6 and found an excellent free website for Rolls and Bentleys. The antifreeze problem was disgust at great length and should be read by all Rover owners. A RR Silver Ghost owner sued for thousands because the antifreeze was not (universally compatible ...
