Hello all,
I came across a picture of an air cooled 8 coupe on an obscure Facebook forum in Africa an acquaintance referred me to.

Does the club have DL 3233 in the registry? If so is the car in the UK or is it in Africa?
More curiosity than anything

The link you posted isn't working Dirk, but a look online shows that DL 3233 is indeed still around the UK, taxed and insured for road use

Re: Air cooled Rover 8
My dad had one of these 8HP's in the late 1970s...I don't remember its registration number now, but I do remember it was a 1921 model, two-seater convertible - in orange with a black interior...It seemed ancient, even then!!!
Nice car though!
Guy.

Hello there Dirk
The car was first known to the RSR in 1983 has been in the RSR with a couple of owners since then, the last one lived on the Isle of Wight purchased the car circa 2003 and was a member until a couple of years ago, not sure if he is the current owner and just lapsed his membership of the RSR
Kind Regards
