Missing Rover 16/50 Saloons

Does anyone know the whereabouts of two 16/50 Saloons we are trying to track down, both thought to be in the UK. One is registration ER 4999, this car was last known in the Kings Lynn area about ten years ago but within the last week it has been re-taxed for the road. DVLA will not release names and addresses of owners unles you are a policeman, a clamping company or someone else with due cause so we are struggling to find out where this car is now. The second car is a little more difficult as we do not know it's registration number. The VIN number is AH358, last known in the Wimbledon area belonging to an Alan Taylor, who may have been an RSR member. We think this car was later owned by Peter Gant in Essex but cannot be 100% certain at the moment.
