Hi Richard
To the best of my knowledge this car has never been in the RSR. I have its details on the pre-1950 archive database because I spotted it for sale with Cheffins auction last May amongst the contents of the Broadsworth Transport Museum, Holsworthy, Devon, there were lots of cars in the sale.
The owner Ken Wilson was retiring and it seems he owned this particular car for 40 years and restored it some 20 years ago to very much the condition it is in on ebay now, however with a comment that small cosmetics were needed!!! It was taxed until November and sold for £4,950.

Regards
Andrew McGovern pre 1950 RSR archivist.

There are zero rovers for sale on eBay right now. Hang onto them if you've got them folks!

There have been very few recently, maybe they are more scarce than first thought
