the rover "ten" and "twelve" have they any similarity with rover p1 or p2 ?

Please take a look at the thread which I started "What is a P1?", you will see that there is no real answer (yet). If anything is a P1 then it would probably be the 1934 and 1935 10 and 12 but it really is a question of what else. However we have no proof that Rover ever used the P prefix before the war anyway. One school of thought is that P stands for Project, in which case it may have been in someone's design book pre-1939 but others think it stands for Post-war, in which case P1 and P2 probably should not be in use at all. Hitler's pretty comprehensive destruction of the company records when Coventry was bombed means we have very little pre-war paperwork to investigate.
