1937 Rover 16 Steering Wheel

Can anyone help me out with a steering wheel for my 1937 16. I will be getting it refurbished so the rim doesn't have to be in good condition. It is the type that has 3 single alloy spokes (not 3 x 2 chromed spokes) which are all one piece with the center. I also need a jack and wheel brace and the 2 piece rear bumper bar. The bumper is the flat blade type similar to the front bumper and has an over rider and rubber bumper on each half.
