Help with 10hp Coupe 1938

I have started to finish off the ex- Neal Powell 10hp Coupe 1938 ' GEV ' and I need a little assistance with some model type detail.
1 ) Both windscreen wiper internal spindles were far too short to fit the bakelite knobs and I soon realised that the spindles had been cut, probably because the bakelite knobs had been seized on. I have repaired the shafts by turning down and sleeving the shaft back to the correct length, what I need to know is the position of the white dot when the wipers are parked. My assumption is at the top ( 12 o'clock ) which would leave the securing hole and grub screw at the bottom ( 6 o'clock ) of the bakelite knobs.
2 ) What type of sunroof did the 10hp Coupe have ? Was it fabric ( vynide ) or a steel sliding roof ?
3 ) I have also noticed that the front harmonic stabiliser leaf springs, behind the front bumper are not straight, but slightly swept back from the chrome plated securing clamps...was this correct ?
4 ) Does anyone know where I can view an original Coupe model that I can get detailed information from...or maybe another owner whom I can contact.
Thanks, I am hoping to attend the National with this car ( with previous owner / restorer Neal ), any help will be appreciated.
