Nasty vibration at higher revs

Just drove my car from Bristol to Teddington. All fine, and she made it. Nasty, low-pitched vibration rumbles right through the car at higher revs though - anyone have an idea what this might be?

Also, I would welcome suggestions for a good garage close to West London to maintain the car for me.

Cheers!

Bob

Make sure the HT leads are not shorting out at high revs causing a misfire

Thanks for the HT lead advice. How would I check this? It would be lovely if that was the problem!

Possible prop shaft out of balance. Check that the hardy spicer knuckles at each end line up.
