I have been offered a 1946 14 Sport, to add to my collection???

Well at least I have seen the main body, running boards radiator all sitting on a chassis, in Red Lead! The car is a "kit of parts" that in the main have been started on but never finished. The serial numbers match, but as yet to see an engine and gearbox.

My question is where can I look up details of what it is, and what manuals are still available etc.

My P5 is near finished and I plan to keep using it for the foreseeable future, possibly moving on the 75. Always a fan of these Rovers but always wanted a "running-board"

Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

The RSR has both workshop manual and master parts list for the P2 range of cars. You can find there all the information required. On top of that you can ask specific questions here in the forum.

I have put a posting on Pre & Post 1950 Libraries by Paul Gregory.

I am really on the fence about it. It is just a metal shell at this time and need to asses whether it is worth the trouble and expense or look for a more complete car.
