Door striker plates Tourer

Probably the proverbial Hens Teeth, but...
I could usefully use a pair of door striker plates (A post) There are some not dissimilar on Ebay from the Daimler Club, but they are not the same, and they won't let me have them on sale or return....
Mine could probably be repaired by adding braze to the worn parts and filing to shape and re-chroming, but has anyone had them made or have a stash?
Are they the same as the saloons?
