I have made a couple of pictures of the jack that was in COA550, looking at the rest of the vehicle I am sure David Moseley would have researched and found the correct one for the age and model, I have made an adaptor for a bottle jack, easier to use.
The identifying marks on the casting are: Lake & Elliot Ltd, Braintree, Eng. The other side is marked: C01377.
I will try and attach the pictures if it doesn't work send me a PM and I will email them to you

Dear Willem,

Thanks very much for going to the trouble of looking these jacks out and photographing them. That'll be the right one, the head shape is correct and so now thanks to you I can search for the correct model. I really appreciate you doing this.
