Tried as suggested within latest Freewheel (October 2012 issue 355) page 15 to complete online the requested survey which member Nick Dunning will collate. However being a complete luddite I cannot find the necessary section within this site to allow me to do that?! Help please!

I also have tried in vain to find the on - line survey using the address shown on P15 , It directed me to numerous survey sites as well as the rsr but I have not yet found the survey.
