Unable to Access RSR Website

Can anyone help me with a problem. For some reason I am unable to access
www.thersr.co.uk . All I get is ' Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage '
A friend has no problem...so maybe its just me !

I have been having this problem for the last week or so, however on a couple of occasions, including this morning, managed to get on but very very slow to open and move around once on

Works ok for me using Firefox and Inernet Explorer 7
