Having drawn a blank, I have managed to reproduce the font, or at least something very close to it.
Using an image editor or word processor, this can be printed on to something like matt self-adhesive inkjet-printable film,
cut out and applied to the instrument panel before finishing with satin lacquer. Alternatively, it would be possible to print on
to a sheet of material to cover the whole panel.
