New member from NL. looking for history of my P2

Post by ericpl » Wed Nov 03, 2010 1:01 pm

Hi all there.

I have a Rover 10 (P2) from 1946 and a'm looking for the history of this car. Also wants to know that was the licenceplate in those days.
The serial number is: 6110496. with the engine number: 245545 100713015.

This car was imported in the Netherlands at 22 february 1972 from Birmingham. This is the only paper I have from the UK.
Can anyone help me to find more about the history and hopefully also the UK papers.

Greetings from the Netherlands

Hi Eric welcome to the RSR website

I have checked your cars chassis number on the RSR pre 1950 archive database which gives details of all the members cars going right back to 1953, unfortunately it is not on it, so none of the previous owners have been in the RSR.

I cannot suggest any other channel for you check with myself but someone else might come up with some idea/s!!

I have now added your car to the archive database but if possible would like a few more details such as:-
Is the car on the road or is it in need of restoration??
Colour of bodywork and the interior trim

Thanks in advance
