Post by fch782c » Sun Nov 25, 2012 7:28 pm

Hi to Evetyone
My name is Paul and I'm new to this IS am hoping to trace the whereabouts/existance of a Rover once owned by my father back in the 1950's
All I know so far that the model was either 1935,36 or1937 the model was a Rover 10 Sportsman saloon reg. No. DML 911
If anybody has any information on this car please contact me through this site
Many Thanks
Paul

Hi Paul and welcome, sadly a check on the DVLA and RAC website does not show any details for DML 911

HI Paul

The prefix DML was issued by Middlesex County Council licensing authority between March and August 1936, whilst we have details of 3 1936 cars on the RSR archive database with this DML prefix unfortunately nothing on DML 911.

Hi Paul, I've just been sent an email from someone looking to sell a 1934 P1 which sounds like a massive restoration job if you are interested. Below is a copy of the email and at this stage I know no more. If you are interested let me know and I will put you in touch with the vendor

I am trying to find someone who can help me with some info on p1's I have a 1934 rover 14 chassis running and some body panels for sale, also have the log book. If you could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. regards Neil
