Hi Phil,
If I can help let me know...I own three ' 10 ' s. 2x1935 models and a '38 Coupe. What year is your car and where abouts are you based ? I am currently restoring the sunroof area which is badly corroded.
To restore the sunroof there is a good write up in the RSR Workshop Manual, If you phone me for my email address I can send you photos and assistance with your restoration.

Hello Phil,
I will help all I can. If you fancy a run down to Brighton you would be most welcome, able to see three ' 10's ' in the flesh. ( 1 ) ' Denzel ' is totally original ' barn find ' this is my originality standard to work from, ( 2 ) ' Snowdrop ' is part way through a comprehensive restoration and ( 3 ) the ' Coupe ' is almost finished to a high standard ( most of the work was carried out by the previous owner ).
I have just completed welding & grinding back the front section of the sunroof area which was badly corroded, I'll email those pictures from here ( Cyprus ) as they are still on my camera.
I am currently out of the UK, back on 10th December. I have many photos of sunroofs, original, restored, good and not so, I cannot access these photos from here but will send once I am home.
I shall shortly be remaking the sunroof on the '38 Coupe..... so happy to pass on any tips that I come across. Important thing is not to be in too much of a hurry, these things take time if to be completed properly.
Chris

"This is a Private Album" - it seems that you need to change the permissions if you like others to watch this album.
Regards,
Luli
