its a 1938 rover 12 4 pot in gray reg no gpl201 owned by connel fassat in the second war used as staff

Strictly then its not a P2 if "P" is deemed to stand for the reintroduced with mods pre-war models in 1946 ;) The pre-war models are rarer and different in quite few respects especially body panels and trim :D
