Greetings from Sutton Coldfield

Post by simonandmichelle » Fri Nov 14, 2008 10:32 pm

Good evening sitting here resting our feet after spending the whole day at the NEC Classic Car Show.

There were some great Rovers today at the show both new and old.

We have joined the RSR today and are looking forward to some of the events next year.

We have 2 Rover 800's - a 1996 Vitesse Sport Saloon and a 1997 Vitesse Coupe.

We are regular users of the Rover 800 forum and recognise some of the names from there on this site as well.

Pictures of the cars will be posted soon.

Simon and Michelle

Hi Richard

No the car looked very nice and very clean!! ;)

We had a really good day and Michelle is rather taken with a P6 and 216 cabriolet. The cabriolet is on the 200 owners club stand (dark metallic blue). The P6 is on the P6 Owners stand its the left hand drive car originally from California (dark green).

Have a good day on Sunday - make sure you go and look on the TR Drivers stand.
