New (but rather old) boy on the block

Let me introduce myself. I'm Colin Eastland rejoining the RSR after an absence of about 30 years. I have recently acquired a P3 75 in kit form. It is about 99% there with a great deal of high quality restoration already undertaken by the former owner. It is a retirement projet and hope to have it back on the road in 9 - 12 months. All advice and words of wisdom gratefully received, particularly in respect of interior trim. I live in Bushey, Hertfordshire.

Welcome Colin, and good luck with the project. Have you seen the RSR reprinted P3 parts list and the P3 workshop Manual? We can put you in touch with other P3 owners.

Please let me know if you need any help

Dear Mike

Thank you for responding so quickly. Club members have been very welcoming.

I already have a workshop manual and I have just bought a spare parts list from the club. I will pobably start my project after Christmas. Currrently I am looking for a sympathetic trimmer in my area.

Kind regards

Colin

Hello Colin,

I seem to remember a place in Watford that Tony Atkins used for his 47 12 Tourer, that was some years ago and the mane was someting like M &M trimming.
Maybe a search of the local yellow pages would help

regards

Mike
