Robert - welcome aboard
I have just got hold of a 1950s (I think) set of books called 'MOTOR REPAIR AND OVERHAULING'
Basically it's a 5 volume set of articles relating to various cars of the 1930s-40s as well as looking after major components in general. (Vol 5 is the data sheets).
There is alot of data relating to the Rover 10,12,14,16 and 20 (therefore I'm assuming the P2) including a data specifications sheet. If you do an ebay search for the title theres a couple on ebay at the moment.
Alternatively I believe there's quite a bit of P2 documentation available via the RSR library/shop although I'm not 100% sure what.
Sadly for me, although it's all very interesting stuff, it doesn't cover my 1933 Ten Special so I'm still looking for handbook and technical specs etc
Cheers
