Details of 2019 RSR Nat. Rally are in the latest Freewheel Oct 2018. It is to be held at the Bowden Hall Hotel Gloucester on 6th and 7th July 2109 Hopefully we'll be there! :D

Do many people from outside of UK attend the National Rally typically?

Lots of pictures already posted just after the event. See Some Pictures from the 2019 National Rally [1] and [2]. There were over 100 cars at the rally in brilliant sunshine.
