Dumfries based Open Run 18th May 2025

I would like to invite anyone with a historic vehicle to participate in our local car clubs' Open Run in May. This is non competitive event leaving Dumfries town centre at 10.00 a.m. on a suggested route of approx. 65 miles. There will be a lunch stop with the route ending back at Dumfries around 3.00 p.m.
There is no entry fee but we would like an entry form completed so we know who to expect and issue numbers and an entry list. If you are interested, do send me a message and we'll send you a form once they are ready.
In previous years we have had entries from Ayrshire, Yorkshire , Northumberland and Cumbria plus the Stirling area and further afield.
The route will be generally "older car friendly". If you live within striking distance of this area it can be a nice day out in good scenery. I intend having a Rover out and it would be good to see some more RSR members out as we seem thin on the ground round these parts.
