THE VERY LAST NTPR!

"The title says it all! After thirty-two years I’ve finally decided to call it quits, and the 2009
event will be the last Porthmadog / NTPR. However, the event will be going out on a
‘high’ as on the Sunday morning we board the train to the top of Snowdon. A break with
tradition sees us returning to the three-star Celtic Royal Hotel in Caernarfon for the
second consecutive year, something never done before in the history of the NTPR, but of
course the original Porthmadog Rally was based permanently at the Madoc Hotel. In view
of the excellent reviews given by participants in 2008 to both the food and service it
seemed appropriate."
